Apply through Monster.com. Contacted for a telephone interview. After the telephone interview, I was asked for an on-site interview.

The interview process is OK. It wasn't as technical as I was expecting. There were some questions on behavioral drivers and some on experience leading projects. The interviewer was OK, not smiling a lot, but at least he pretended to be a good listene
