Phone interview followed by a virtual video interview. This was the first time I experienced this type of interviewing. Given a choice, I would do it again, as long as I knew enough about the place a priori.

Aptitude Test (conducted by AMCAT) It was just for formality, as one girl who didn't even give the test was called for the interview. In fact, there were only two girls; both were called for the interview, and boys who were way better and confident

The interview process was relatively average and yet straightforward. There were two rounds with the direct team and general management. Questions were mostly behavioral, not really out of the box.
