Pros

I had a great boss who wanted to help me with projects that would advance my career. He was also generous with giving me a flexible schedule.

Cons

The Erie, PA plant had a somewhat contentious relationship with the union that could make working there difficult.

Also, as a 29-year-old millennial, Erie was a little too in the middle of nowhere for me. If that's your thing, no problem. I just wanted a bigger city.

Advice to Management

Maybe allow each worker a little more flexibility; that could help smooth things out.
