Engineer Intern
There was a 30-minute phone call with HR that covered basic details like work responsibilities, compensation, location of work, transportation, and start dates. They handed me a packet of forms to be filled out and submitted within 5 days.

The company emailed me to get selected for a video interview. It was a pre-recorded video, not with a live person. They gave me only 3 days to prepare and I had to choose when to record it, according to the deadline.
