Pros

Leadership training and corporate training have been really valuable. Opportunities to travel have also been really good. It's the best paying job in town, with a flexible work schedule.

Cons

Lots of red tape. Nothing is ever easy, even if it should be. It's not always clear who owns what. Starting a new role is very ambiguous and very political. Generally, people are unnecessarily rude and mean. It's not an easy place to ask for help.

Advice to Management

Empower the lower level by helping them see the big picture.

Do what you say.
