Old equipment, small budget, poor advancement opportunity, poor training opportunity. Mfg-Eng-Mgr has a gorilla grip on the job and will throw the company and employees under the bus to protect his position. Yearly Goals and Objectives review programs can be manipulated by management at will.
Rotate engineering managers every 7 years, or so.
Invest in newer tools and equipment.
Invest in training employees.
Fix the review program to prevent manipulation by managers.
Stop raping companies, transferring lines offshore, and then selling the companies off for profit. You are killing America!
At least pay some effective taxes.
