Met the guy at UF career showcase. Had an interview the next day, and apparently that would be the last step of the process. It was fairly easy, and he just asked personality questions.

Online aptitude test, then an HR interview. The HR interview asked much more subjective questions about how I overcame problems, etc. The whole thing was a pre-recorded video, which made the entire process quite painful.
