Highly political. Some key tools are homegrown and unsupported. Little respect for the value technical publications add to the final product. Lack of career opportunities. Work tasks can become very repetitive and boring. Very difficult, if not impossible, to change job roles. Too much process. Spend more time doing process-related tasks than doing my job.

Early morning interview. The interviewer was cold and sort of unable to hold a conversation. This made the interview difficult because it was one hundred percent behavioral. I was not expecting a behavioral interview with an antisocial interviewer.
