GE is a fantastic company to develop your leadership. It is strongly transparent and compliant. The customer is second, and really the focus.
I can't say if it is general. But the benefits promised at the beginning of the hiring process are not entirely supplied when you are in.
Maybe due to the nature of the business, there is not a focus on priorities. Everything is a priority and it changes all the time. There is a lack of defined roles and responsibilities.
It should be to take care of the career plans of some employees in order to avoid regrettable losses.

Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Engineer
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
Staff Software Engineer
Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.
