Pros

Great vacation time. Very laid back. Great technology to work with. Clean, climate-controlled shop.

Cons

Leadership communication could be a lot better.

Getting a promotion or sizable raise is a challenge.

Project leaders and engineers work remotely, which makes projects slow and aggravating to work through.

Advice to Management

Have your project engineers and project managers on site. Working remotely is terribly inefficient and puts all the load on the team on site.
