I have experienced low-key bullying that didn't turn out to be a serious issue. Once reported, it was acted upon quickly and justice was made. They really take harassment seriously.
I don't have any downsides in my experience at General Electric Intelligent Platforms. Overall, it worked well for me. I have had a one-of-a-kind experience overall. It's the best place I have ever worked in the UK.

Four phases of interview: three technical, one HR. First round: technical telephonic. Second round: can be face-to-face or telephonic, depending upon the first round. Third round: will be with the technical head. Fourth round: will be with HR.
