Horrible Management, but Good Workers
Had a nice food selection in the break room, but it was still way overpriced.
Bad management. Freeloader workers. One person works while the rest sit around and watch.
Department heads do not communicate. Every supervisor looking out for themselves.

General Electric Interview Experiences
Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Engineer
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
Staff Software Engineer
Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.
