The process was straightforward and easy. Interviews were in person, and the panel interview was less challenging. It was an enjoyable and learning experience. I would recommend attending if an interview offer is made.

Since the company was actually the healthcare department of GE, they asked most of the questions from medical equipment, some instrumentation, and some basics of electrical and electronics.

The selection process to get the Graduate Project Engineer position at GE Water & Process in Europe consisted of 4 interviews. There was a first H&R screening interview where I was asked about basic availability and CV questions. A more complex H&R
