Quality Intern
I am an undergraduate industrial engineer and passed the CV selection process. I then proceeded into the HR interview. There were two people representing the HR division, and it was conducted for around 30 minutes.
Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Engineer
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
