The job is relatively safe. There are lots of opportunities for growth; however, achieving that growth often requires you to leave the company and return after gaining some other experience. It's a relaxed work environment with a casual dress atmosphere. The company is very supportive of people coming from not the top schools, and as such, it is an excellent employment provider.
