Manufacturing Technician
The first interview is over the phone, and the second is on-site at their facility, where they give you a rundown of the key responsibilities and a tour of the facility.
Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Engineer
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
