General Electric Interview Experiences
Manufacturing Engineer
Both HR and technical interviews were conducted together. The interview panel consisted of the Plant Manager, HR Manager, and Production Leader. The interview lasted for about 30 minutes. Basic questions related to previous job functions were asked.
Mechanical Engineering
Behavioral-based interview with no curveballs. "Describe a situation where you worked in a team setting." "What do you do when faced with conflict?" It was pretty straightforward, overall.
