Pros

Interesting technology and work. The direct people you work with are great.

Cons

Impossible to meet deadlines, lacking resources, and constant "help" to meet deadlines. You have to understand GE treats employees as a commodity. Once you understand that, everything makes more sense.

Advice to Management

Either say this is the way it is, deal with it, and stop asking for our opinions, or what we are unhappy with when you have no intention of doing anything with the data.
