The situation for part of the company is not good.
First, they called for a phone screening and asked many technical questions. I responded to their questions as much as I could. Then, they asked me to go to their site for a face-to-face interview.
It was a lengthy process with two technical phone interviews and a full day on-site interview. The on-site interview included multiple one-on-one technical interviews, panel discussions, a presentation, and a behavioral interview.
