Unlimited leave time with manager approval. 10 weeks paid parental leave. Good bosses so far. Flexible work hours. Work/life balance is valued.

Cons

The overall business hasn’t been great, and compensation has been largely stagnant. The medical plan deductible is very steep for how much premium you pay.

Advice to Management

Increase the pay and promote people more often again.

Stagnation is demoralizing.
