Lead Engineer
First, they called for a phone screening and asked many technical questions. I responded to their questions as much as I could. Then, they asked me to go to their site for a face-to-face interview.

It went very smoothly, with a friendly atmosphere. First, there's an initial pre-screening. Then, you talk with the hiring manager. The last step is F2F if everything goes well. There isn't too much technical involved in the first step.
