Advice to Management

Employees in Asia lack the freedom of movement within the organization, which is a biased approach. It's very difficult to move abroad within the organization. On one side, HRs say we support diversity; on the other side, they say we create a hole in their plan when someone gets recruited.

Everyone has the right to move in their career if any opportunity arrives, but this is an offensive approach from managers and HR.
