A very sought-after company, with a superbly organized IT infrastructure. It is rich in cash and the most sustainable company so far. The company is very professional in its approach and has multiple business arms. It is known for living two steps ahead of time. All in all, a great company to work for!
Very demanding, not so employee-friendly. Remunerations are only decent. Business comes above everything else. Quarterly business reviews make all dynamics work quarterly. Fluctuating decision-making, even if they affect employees.
To bring in more ownership of and responsibility towards employees, not limited only to providing good facilities.
