Nice place to work, but it could be so much better
Talented people to work with, extra events/challenges to take on, and great products. Plenty of opportunities to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
From a technology perspective, Product Management/Marketing is very weak. Sometimes, it's very difficult to accomplish very simple things. It seems like many of the more senior people are just planning to work here until they can get retirement benefits. Extreme sensitivity to diversity.
Lead. Be decisive and not afraid to fail.
