Pros

Willing to change, never stagnant. You are always working with the newest technology. The business is always early to adopt new technology. Working with mostly intelligent, successful people. Power of size; there are always initiatives for health, education, etc.

Cons

Always working to metrics, sometimes losing common sense. Good work can be overlooked; you can get lost in the shuffle. You always have to actively sell yourself.

My managers have shown a tendency to overreact to issues. Any action, even if not productive, is preferred to taking time to understand an issue prior to forming a plan. Poor follow-through on initiatives results as directions are constantly changing.

Advice to Management

Dictate less, listen more.
