Good technical job with a lot of things to learn. Great courses and learning activities if you want to increase your engineering knowledge. Work and life balance is OK, but you will have to deal with meetings late at night if you work with people based in India.
Slow progression. The leadership team tends to be political. At GEIQ, some managers lack technical knowledge.
Get rid of managers with no technical skills.
