Very easy. Star format only. The whole process lasted a couple of weeks, and there were two separate interviews: one with the hiring manager and a panel interview with members of your cell.

Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.

Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
