Recently had a management change
Great working environment and people. Competitive salaries for the industry, and a lot of experienced people work there and are willing to share their knowledge.
Old processes are in place but updating regularly. A new management team has been brought in over the last year to finally bring the company to where it should be.
Continue to bring processes up to the latest techniques. The new management team is doing a great job, instilling confidence back into the workforce. Long may it continue.
