The checks clear the bank. They do interesting work and have interesting products and have access to some of the best customers in the world. Mostly, it's good people trying to get by in a total F'd up company.
It's corporate madness. They constantly play games with not just employees but customers alike.
It's hard to believe that Edison's company has turned into such an evil corporation. They are constantly changing things, doing this and that, and never really focusing on providing a core product or service. They're always gaming the system instead of just doing good work.
You would swear these people in management would trip over a dollar to pick up a dime. It is just that perverse.
They pay well, but then you are expected to work 45 to 55 hours per week. You are considered a slacker with those hours. Some are known to work 80 to 120 hours a week. Some people live at that place.
In most cases, you are doing the job of one and a half people at least.

Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.
