Lean Engineer
Took three weeks to reply to the application. Arranged for an interview through Zoom. Interviewer was very professional and polite. Answered my inquiries adequately. Was offered the position about a week after the virtual interview.
Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.

Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
