Excellent work environment. People are very kind and help each other, with a great corporate culture.
Possibility to move positions horizontally and also to apply on other plants within the business.
My particular plant lacks automation processes, which are hard to control. Improvement capital takes time.
Lots of young people in important positions can be a double-edged sword sometimes.
Establish a clear path for newcomers. Give them real feedback and orientation in their job positions. Promote people with potential to other plants. Propose promotions if an employee meets the requirements.
