Good culture, currently have a pension. Poor upper management with an unrealistic view of the company. Need to simplify more in the work process.
Large corporation. Limited mobility. Game within a game. Hard to climb the ladder without being a smooth talker or starting within a leadership course out of school.
Not bad, just no money to work with.
