Under the prior CEO, many jobs were outsourced, costing jobs. Today's CEO is bringing jobs back, but not enough of them.
Without a degree, there are no job opportunities except assembly.
A company is only as good as its employees. I've seen GE lose many good employees due to outsourcing. I'm glad to see management bringing jobs back to the US.
