Urge que GE corporate audite este negocio. Hay mucha gente talentosa que se está saliendo por una crisis muy grande de liderazgo en aviación. Mientras que el liderazgo en los negocios de energy se enfoca en desarrollar y crecer a su gente, en aviación pareciera que el objetivo solo es quemar física y mentalmente a los que colaboramos...
Como empresa, GE es muy buena. En GEIQ puedes aprender mucho, pero no es para quedarte.
Deberían voltear a ver el liderazgo en su equipo de Energy. El liderazgo de aviación hoy por hoy es muy soberbio; el liderazgo de Energy J.A. realmente es buen liderazgo.

Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.
