Mechanical Engineer
During the application process, there was an in-depth conversation about my background and experience. Additionally, I was asked to complete several technical exercises designed to evaluate my engineering skills in detail.

It was smooth; I explained the stories that I had in the past with my previous companies, and they enjoyed learning them. I told them the problems I encountered in the past with my previous employer, and they have shared their thoughts on the matter
