Very smart people. Beautiful campus and high-tech equipment. Cutting-edge research.
I learned a lot during my time at GRC.
My manager's expectations were not clear.
There are a lot of people protective/defensive about what they do.
They don't want to let things go.
There was limited growth opportunity where I worked.
Clarity and honesty.
A very lengthy process. I gave a 1-hour presentation and met with over 5 people during the interview process. I met with senior research engineers, managers, and human resources. Each interview was about 30-45 minutes.
The lab manager sent me an email after I submitted my resume through the GE website, about two weeks later. He asked me to describe the research work on my resume. One week later, I received a rejection letter. I believe the reason for the rejectio
Very basic, not difficult, quite okay, nice and smooth, okayish. Don't worry, it will be okay. Just brush up basics of physics and engineering from the first 2 years, and things will be okay.
