General Electric Interview Experiences
Test Engineer
The process was quick and the recruiter was attentive prior to my interview. After the interview, I never heard back from the recruiter after my multiple attempts to get feedback. I am somewhat disappointed with the process.
Mechanical Engineer
Applied online, and the recruiter emailed after a month and sent a link that had online questions. After the online assessment, they invited me to the office in Lynn, MA. I interviewed with 4 different managers. They mostly asked behavioral questions

The interview was very conversational and easygoing. The interviewers asked basic technical questions regarding my experience and previous projects. They asked questions about sensors and other test equipment. The interview lasted a couple of hours.
