General Electric Interview Experiences
Engines Engineering Intern
First, a simple Hirevue. No retakes, very behavioral focused. There was a large emphasis on your past experiences, being a leader, and how you have grown from them. The Hirevue consisted of 7 questions. They never got back to me.
VP-Technology
Concise, pleasant, and well-intended. Multiple folks, many topics. We went through business processes and technology stacks. Reviewed past history with many topics. I enjoyed the process. Time was about two hours.
Senior Engineer
Easy company to interview for. The questions were simple and the people were friendly. I can't think of anything bad to say about the interview process. The technical side was a little difficult but reasonable.
