Pros

Vast exposure, technology, trainings, learning, networks, faster learning.

In actual GE, there is a lot of freedom to learn and move among different roles & organizations, but that is next to a dream in India.

Cons

Favoritism Pay Too much ideology and less of reality. Local management are not matured enough.

Advice to Management

Stop favoritism and use common sense.
