I was part of the 1-year internship program.
It had a lot of structure because they had many interns every year, which is great. They made sure you had opportunities to shadow in other departments to learn, and you had to find your own project to push forward throughout the year, for which you were graded.
This gives you an amazing opportunity to own and lead something while being quite junior, which you could take any way you wanted.
After 6 months, I felt I had learned most of what there was in my department. Therefore, it would have been great to rotate somewhere else to keep learning during that placement year.
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Virtual interview for placement. This was the second stage. There were only behavioural questions and also a game assessment, which was like numerical and non-verbal reasoning. Overall, it was okay if I had been more prepared, as it was my first vi
I only did a video interview for them, but I found it to be a smooth and fun process. The games at the end were a nice way to finish the interview.
