Management needs to show more appreciation for employees. I was lucky and had a great manager who really cared about the team. However, that is not the norm. Most managers lack people skills.

General Electric Interview Experiences
Software Engineer
Simple and easy. Asked more logical questions, mostly on .Net and HTML with CSS. CSS questions were a bit tricky, but I think I nailed it. The interviewer was very helpful, too.
Graduate Engineer
The process was straightforward and easy. Interviews were in person, and the panel interview was less challenging. It was an enjoyable and learning experience. I would recommend attending if an interview offer is made.
Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
