Top-level management does only politics. The company's provided IJP (COS) is bogus. The company is not an equal opportunity employer at all. The selection happens first, and then the job is posted. Work-life balance is partial too, in the name of a South Asian policy.
The world is changing rapidly. Work fast and smart. Do not be just dependent on contractors, and please stop giving excuses of a highly complexly matrixed organization. Take decisions and stand by them. If you keep changing strategies, you'll never have a goal to reach.
