Pros

Pay is okay, although that is changing for the worse every contract. Market-based wages and benefits always are the norm these days.

Cons

Poor management. You will work very hard to do the right thing only to find they only appreciate toadies and people willing to shortcut the process. You will be ignored, belittled, and made to compromise your integrity if you want to get ahead.

I retire soon after 39 years and have been ashamed to work here for quite a while. Very sad, as this is not the company I started with.

Advice to Management

Do the right thing. Listen to people. Your greatest asset is people who care, and you are killing them by ignoring them. Our products carry people’s lives in our hands. Act like that matters!
