Pros

It's GE, so there are many opportunities to move in different directions for your career. Lots of room to grow and to display your talents. You'll have a good set of coworkers.

Cons

Shrinking benefits package, minimal feedback on job performance, lacking a career path plan.

Advice to Management

Hold upper managers accountable. Do a better job at recognizing success and hard work (could just be a "good job" comment). Let your team know that they are appreciated.
