General Electric Interview Experiences
Quality Intern
I am an undergraduate industrial engineer and passed the CV selection process. I then proceeded into the HR interview. There were two people representing the HR division, and it was conducted for around 30 minutes.
Software Engineer
The interview process was a little lengthy and time-consuming at my time. It took approximately 2-3 months to get the final confirmation letter after 3-4 rounds of interviews, following an aptitude test.
Manufacturing Engineer
Both HR and technical interviews were conducted together. The interview panel consisted of the Plant Manager, HR Manager, and Production Leader. The interview lasted for about 30 minutes. Basic questions related to previous job functions were asked.
