Pros

They have a good benefits package and they pay pretty well. Access to lots of learning and career development resources.

Cons

The culture in this company is to understaff almost every department and expect the same amount of results as if it were fully staffed. Even with that staffing level choice, management constantly blames their employees when things don't go according to plan, instead of trying to figure out why it went wrong and trying to fix it.

Advice to Management

Trust your employees. Hire a couple more people to share the load. The biggest thing missing from management is RESPECT. Just because you're someone's superior doesn't give you the right to treat them like crap.
