Pros
  • Very talented and smart people
  • Never boring, very challenging
Cons
  • Benefits not the best compared to industry standards.
  • Always following the competition, particularly in appliances.

  • Work/life balance is a concept that nobody in management seems to understand.
Advice to Management

Shortsighted strategy, always looking to make numbers for the quarter, and very poor long-term planning and vision. Excessively arrogant management. This attitude is now being crushed by hardworking and quality-oriented management from foreign competitors (a very similar story to GM).
