If you are on a roll, you can avail a good environment at the office and quality treatment. Working conditions are good enough. Management is also helpful.
Projects are taken with very short hand margin. If you are on contract, you can never imagine getting appraised or put on the company payroll, no matter how hard and smart you worked, keeping within boundaries.
If better leaders can be appointed rather than managers, it would be helpful for an individual's growth over the company boss's alone.
