Due to a poor financial position, GE is struggling, and the environment is toxic
Large company experience, globally distributed company with many opportunities. Exposure to multiple industries and business units. Potential for future growth is there if they can address failed financial decisions.
Constant change, lack of direction, and clear goals and objectives make for a challenging environment. The culture is not great, and the environment is depressing.
Be more transparent and open with your staff, or at least with the leaders on your teams that you tell on.
