Challenging but flexible work schedule. If you're a self-starter and enjoy independence, and are also ambitious, then this is a good company.
Big company, currently still transitioning in the Power Services group. Lots of middle managers. Benefits are okay, but not great.
Don't take guys that have been in the company for 10+ years for granted. You should always consider life and work balance.

Aerospace Engineer
Consisted of HireVues, which then led to an Arctic Shores, eventually a final interview. This was a really easy process, but make sure you are a British national before applying.
Engineer
Good, but long. Flew in for a few interviews, did most of the others remotely or over the phone. Nice staff, fairly transparent on what benefits are. Would recommend; good area.
Staff Software Engineer
Attended the first round. Helpful interviewer and always supportive. Selected for the second round. It was a C++ Staff Software Engineer role. It was a technical interview asking different questions on modern C++ such as 17, 20, 23, etc.
